The pugs are busy!

We reconvened our 90-Day meeting with users and the first one was great! Old pug users offered advice to the new pug users and made some nice mentoring connections. I'm still spouting all kinds of stuff from that meeting and others. (Training events...? Hmmmm....)

Punctual Pug XL is being built. Design is already eyeing the manager mobile app...FYI!

Our ticketing system has been improved, along with optimizing our feedback platform, Canny. You will always know what's going on with your Pug Bugs, and ideas. Under the hood, we're also working on speed and constant improvements with our servers.

I'm working furiously on training videos so keep a look out for these in the next couple weeks to be available in the application for you to refer to. They will be a good start for our knowledge base. They are bite-sized, and include transcripts and captions.

I will be heading to see some friends in the Dakotas in a week or so...The Rushmore Grumble has beckoned. And then, I'll be back in the Pacific Northwest in May.
