Happy Christmas Eve

2025 has been a very difficult year for a lot of people providing services in the Punctual Pug ecosphere. Deficits, rate reductions, new rules, managed care, staff shortages, are but a few things we have seen happen this year. It saddens me to see, after thirty years in this field, that so little has changed and the work of caring for the most fragile people in our society remains undervalued. And maybe more prominently than ever before.

But I also saw a lot of determination, digging in and refusals to back down. And that reminds me that no one got into the field of people supporting people because it was easy. We can do hard things.

And it is with this spirit that we wish a Merry Christmas to our friends and the world. We plan on keeping our little corner of the world simple, reliable, and tidy. And we will always be there for you when you need us. That's the Pug Promise.
