Slacking to Scale

It’s an exciting time over here at Punctual Pug, Inc., as we begin looking ahead into 2024 and figure out some things to help us best support our Golden Grumble (and hopefully some Arctic Grumblers, too!) ! Given how new we are—and how fast all of this has begun—we want to make sure we keep the Grumblers happy.

Training and support tools are being constructed RIGHT NOW for reference. I’ll also be doing all the administration and management training personally for all the new providers coming aboard. But then we began thinking about providing the best ongoing support and how to ensure we are the most available we can be. This is what we have decided.

All agency administrators will be invited to a private Punctual Pug Slack workspace with me so I’m a few keystrokes away. No bots, no canned responses, or five million questions, to find a real person. Our developers from Nomadic who also want this software to be the best it can be will also be in that Slack workspace to address issues and offer advice on the fly.

Beat that, y’all: nerds and the head pug at your service. Cos we love you.

We’re also going to have a virtual meeting with providers and developers in the early spring of 2024 to look at development ideas and priorities so stay tuned into this space. It’s going to be wild over here!
